SIR GROUP PROJECTS

Developing Solutions have successfully implemented the following projects at two of the Student accommodations sites:

86 VARSITY DRIVE

This site had already been in service for over a year at the time of our intervention. As the client receives a flat rental rate per student which must include water and electricity, we were tasked to investigate any further energy efficiency projects that could be implemented without negatively affecting the student requirements. This facility was already making use of Solar panels to pre heat the water, we reduced the hot water consumption , by simple introduce flow controlled shower roses at 9 Litres per minute (Previous flow rate was 18 litres per minute), and the flow rate to the basins to 6 litres per minute .

58 WAKESLEIGH ROAD

This was a new build site from the ground up, we become involved in this project during the early implementation stages. We participated in several projects on this site, including water saving technology, by implementing low flow shower roses, basin inserts to control flow rate.
